Parents are welcome to visit our school. For the safety of those within the school and to avoid disruption of instructional time, all visitors must report to the main office and sign in, and must comply with all applicable district policies and procedures.
Visitors other than parents are generally not permitted on campus.
Aledo High School will be resurfacing our track the week of spring break, so Bearcat stadium will be closed Monday March 10th.
We will be moving the Aledo vs Springtown Varsity boys and Varsity girls games to Aledo Middle School stadium located at:

Registration forms are also available from your AP teacher or in the AHS counselor’s office.
You must reside in the Aledo ISD attendance area to participate in AP exam administrations at Aledo High School. Please present proof of residence in the form of a utility bill when you register.
The Ladycats golf team finished in 2nd place at the 4A Regional preview this past weekend. They finished 4 shots behind Andrews, who have won the past 4 -3A state championships. Cheyenne Knight, Savannah Moody, Quincy Ballard, Taylor Brookshire, Taryn Pittman and Mary Katherine Ingram had a great second day total of 305. Cheyenne won the individual championship with a 73-68. Great job Ladycat golf!

“UIL debate competition motivates and provides students with practical application for the skills they are developing,” said Jana Riggins, UIL State Debate director. “This year’s debate topic allowed them the opportunity to research and form their own thoughts and opinions on the real-world problem of the United States’ economic engagement with Cuba, Mexico and Venezuela.” Read more.
Aledo ISD may close schools because of bad weather or emergency conditions. When such conditions exist, the superintendent will make the official decision concerning the closing of the district’s facilities, parents and employees will be notified through the ParentLink system. When it becomes necessary to open late, to release students early, or to cancel school, parents and district employees will be notified through the ParentLink system. In addition, information will be posted on the district’s Website and the following television stations will be notified: KXAS, Channel 5 http://www.kxas.com and WFAA, Channel 8 http://www.wfaa.com.
